The Nokia China Campus in Beijing is the first newly constructed commercial building in China to be awarded a LEED Gold Certificate. The complex comprises an office and research and development building, an energy centre, a bicycle shed and other supporting facilities.

The headquarters has a glass façade with a temperature-controlled cavity between the panes. This intelligently balances the sun’s natural heat and the building’s air conditioning system to prevent the impact of outdoor temperatures being felt inside. Skylights and a large communal atrium provide natural light and ventilation throughout the building. The project cuts water use by 37% and energy consumption by 20% from business as usual.

诺基亚中国园是中国首个获得美国绿色建筑委员会（USGBC）LEED金奖认证的新建商用建筑。整个园区由办公、研发大楼、能源中心、自行车停放区和其它配套设施组成。新总部大楼采用双层玻璃外墙，能够通过两层玻璃墙之间的空气自动调节温度。

这一智能设计有效地实现了太阳热量与空调系统间的平衡，减少室外气温对室内温度的影响。采光天窗与大型公共中庭为整栋建筑提供了充分的日照与通风。大楼实现了节水37%、节能 _20%的成效。
